Shipping Within Canada

Scrub Hound currently ships exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping rates across Canada:

• Orders under $10.00 — $4.45 shipping

• Orders from $10.00 to $29.99 — $3.75 shipping

• Orders of $30.00 or more — FREE shipping

Shipping rates are calculated based on the order subtotal before applicable taxes.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service. Most Canadian orders are expected to arrive within approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations may take longer.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Postal delays, weather and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.
